Join me for a dance party in Hasle on Saturday, August 8th, from 6.30–8.30 PM.

We begin by gently landing in the body, with me guiding and facilitating the space in the beginning. From there, we allow the music, sensations and atmosphere to guide us into a free and intuitive dance.
This is an alcohol-free dance party where we dance individually, yet together, connected through movement, rhythm and shared energy.
Expect a DJ set with a diverse soundscape of rhythms, moods and dynamics – from the quiet and introspective to the wild, pulsating and ecstatic.
...Afro house, indie dance, jungle rhythms and electronic beats.
- Bring a few extra layers of clothing so you don't get cold during the relaxation at the end

We have the option of being indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather
