Join me for a 2.5-hour journey of conscious dance, music, embodiment, and inner exploration.
You don’t need to know how to dance, and there are no steps to follow. Instead, I will gently guide you through different rhythms, energies, and waves of sensation, inviting you to listen inwardly and let your body, emotions, and inner impulses lead the way.
An exploration of your multidimensional being.
I guide using imagery and simple, poetic verbal cues that support presence in the body, helping participants explore the subtleties of their emotional, physical, and energetic experience. Including guided inquiry, and journal prompts to deepen our exploration process.
The practice encourages self-trust, expression, and the discovery of new pathways of movement. It offers a space to release, soften, ignite our inner fire, and lean into the feeling of being held and guided by something greater.

Music plays a central role. I weave together a wide range of rhythms and “atmospheres”, blending ambient, electronic, afro beats, world music, indie dance, and heart-centered soundscapes. At times the journey is gentle and grounding; at other times wild and ecstatic.

ABOUT ME:
I’m a dancer, performer, choreographer, and DJ from Denmark. I graduated from the Contemporary Dance School in Hamburg, Germany, in 2013.
Since 2019, my artistic practice has gradually expanded into the field of conscious dance, inspired by many years of exploring and gathering knowledge through courses and workshops within dance, embodiment, personal development, and self-exploration.
My work is rooted in many years of experience as a dancer and performer, combined with my work as a facilitator of ceremonies and personal development journeys. Through my teachings, I create spaces where movement, music, embodiment, and inner exploration come together, inviting people to connect more deeply with themselves and their own inner wisdom.
