I am an artist, dancer, and space holder. My work is rooted in presence, embodiment, and the deep remembrance that we are nature, ever-changing and cyclical beings.
For the past eight years, I have been facilitating healing spaces, conscious dance journeys, events, and ceremonies, with the intention of supporting individuals and groups in cultivating a deeper connection to their bodies and spirituality in a gentle, grounded, and authentic way.
