I will guide you through a meditation, a few journal prompts, and then we are going to dance, move, shake, release and connect with our inner magnetism.

I will send you the playlist before the session. So all you need is good speakers to connect with your phone or computer for the music and me guiding you via zoom through the class. (This way, you will have the best sound experience 😊)
