We start the sensorial, gentle inner journey with ceremonial cacao and grounding, to open up to a nourishing journey with calming meditations and deep relaxation.
Here you will have the opportunity to connect deeper with your intuition and inner guidance. A soft opening of the heart and spirit, with a focus on self-awareness, presence, healing and grounding.
Later we will softly transition into a Fascial Flow session
This is a movement practice that brings presence and authentic listening to the fascia in the body. By doing so it brings greater body awareness, restores vitality, and regulates the nervous system.
Through slow, gentle movements, it supports relaxation, improves posture, and brings balance to both body and mind. Perfect for relieving stress and fostering deep connection within.
