You’re warmly invited to this heart-centered evening in the beautiful space of Creators Hub, under the luminous guidance of the full moon. A time for release, renewal & celebration.

As the moon rises into her fullness, she invites us to slow down…

We begin by sharing a cup of ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine for the heart, as we open the space with meditation, sacred silence, and guided visualization. 

You’ll be invited to connect deeply with your intentions for the evening.

Together, we soften into our bodies and into the moment, exploring what we wish to release and what we are ready to welcome. The full moon amplifies our clarity and supports us in shedding what no longer serves, making space for what is longing to emerge.

From this grounded presence, we’ll transition into free, intuitive movement.

Let your inner landscape move you. Let your curiosity lead. Let the dance be your prayer.

You’ll be gently guided throughout the ceremony, held in a safe and nourishing container of community and connection.

IMPORTANT INFO

- Bring a water bottle, notebook, and something to write with
- Your favorite mug for cocoa
- Clothes you feel comfortable in
- Please avoid eating for about 3 hours beforehand
- Avoid coffee and alcohol before and after
- Let me know if you are pregnant or taking any specific medication
- I prepare the cocoa with various spices and a bit of coconut sugar. Please let me know if you have any allergies

ABOUT CATHRIN

I’m an artist, space holder, guide, and devoted student of the heart. My work is rooted in presence, embodiment, and the deep remembering that we are nature, ever-changing, cyclical, and innately wise.

Over the years, I’ve been called to create spaces where others can reconnect with themselves in a gentle, authentic way. Through cacao ceremonies, dance, movement, meditation, and intentional gathering, I support others in slowing down, softening, and tuning in to their limitless potential.

My approach is intuitive and heart-led, grounded in my own practices of deep inner work, listening, feeling, allowing and expression through conscious & ecstatic dance.

I hold space not as an expert, but as a fellow traveler… Walking the path of presence, healing, and becoming, again and again.

ABOUT CACAO

Cacao, in its purest form, has been used in rituals and ceremonies, as a spiritual support to connect deeper with our intuition, inner nature and outer nature / our planet. Cacao supports us in a sensation of feeling grounded, connected and helps us to listen even deeper to our bodies. It is a gentle but powerful plant that helps us regain a calm mind and body, clarity and supports us to gain new insights and understandings.
